5635 PLANK ROAD FULLY LEASED AND SOLD BY COLDWELL BANKER COMMERCIAL ELITE’S DONNY SELF AND CAMERON COLEMAN

(Fredericksburg, VA, February 11, 19) – Coldwell Banker Commercial Elite is pleased to announce the sale of the fully-leased multi-tenant retail building located at 5635 Plank Road in the Harrison Crossing shopping center.  The building is strategically located on an out-parcel of the Harrison Crossing Shopping Center anchored by Home Depot and Giant Food directly off Plank Road with a combined traffic count of 55,000 VPD, near the recently expanded Park & Ride Commuter Lot and adjacent to Riverbend High School.

Donny Self and Cameron Coleman were proud to represent Net Lease Development in the purchase of this land a little over a year ago and successfully pre-leased the 8,087 SF retail building–bringing in Burger King, Super Cuts, Jersey Mike’s, AT&T and Wing Stop as tenants. Directly after fully leasing the building, and during construction Self and Coleman were able to procure a purchaser. Chris Via of Net Lease Development lauded Self and Coleman’s efforts, saying “We enjoyed working with Cameron and Donny for the purchase, pre-lease and eventual sale of 5635 Plank Road.
