Peggy Thwing

Property Manager

Peggy Thwing is the Property Manager for Coldwell Banker Commercial Elite. Prior to joining Coldwell Banker Commercial, she worked for Silver Companies for over 10 years. She brings over 17 years of real estate experience, with 12 years in property management. Peggy is responsible for Business Development for the Commercial Property Management Division, along with managing the day to day commercial portfolio, which consist of compiling and maintaining records, reports, and files on managed properties as well as serving as the company’s primary liaison with property owners and tenants on all property management matters. Peggy specializes in mix-use commercial properties along with an extensive background in Property Owners Association set up and implementation. She is a member of the Institution of Real Estate Management. Peggy currently holds the designation of (ACoM) Accredited Commercial Manager and is a candidate for the prestigious (CPM) Certified Property Manager designation.
