Broker-Owner of Coldwell Banker Elite. Kevin began his real estate career in 1977. He formed the company presently known as Coldwell Banker Elite in 1980 in historic Fredericksburg, Virginia. In 1982, he was awarded the first Coldwell Banker franchise in the Commonwealth of Virginia, a full-service real estate company. Since that time, he has opened seven residential and one commercial office in Virginia’s Inter-Capital Region to provide top-notch real estate services to individuals and business enterprises.

Kevin believes in a philosophy of service to clients, customers, and agents. This belief has resulted in Coldwell Banker Elite’s being named the top Coldwell Banker affiliate in the Commonwealth of Virginia for over a decade. And the commercial office named the number one Coldwell Banker Commercial office in Virginia since its inception.

Through the years he has received many awards for professionalism in real estate and service to his clients and company. He is active in community organizations across the region and is dedicated to improving the lives of others through many charitable events and activities.
