ABOUT ME

Peggy Thwing is the Property Manager for Coldwell Banker Commercial Elite. Prior to joining Coldwell Banker Commercial, she worked for Silver Companies for over 10 years. She brings over 15 years of real estate experience, with 9 years in property management. Peggy is responsible for compiling and maintaining records, reports, and files on managed properties and listings as well as serving as the company’s primary liaison with property owners and tenants on all property management matters. She is a member of the Institution of Real Estate Management. Peggy currently holds the designation of (ACoM) Accredited Commercial Manager and is a candidate for the prestigious (CPM) Certified Property Manager designation.
