I am proud to be a licensed Realtor at Coldwell Banker Elite in Fredericksburg. I was born and raised in Virginia and have lived in the area since 2007. After a quick stint in Residential Real Estate, I soon realized that the Commercial Division was the better path for me. I have been the Managing Broker’s Executive Assistant at Coldwell Banker Commercial Elite since 2015. I have assisted with over $75 million in deals during this time. I have helped numerous Owners lease and sell their properties in the Fredericksburg Region. I have also helped Tenants and Buyers acquire Land, Retail, Office, and Industrial Properties. My duties and responsibilities include listing management, marketing, Client relations, site tours and more. I really enjoy being a part of the Commercial Team, as there is always something new to learn every day.
