Brian Cunningham, CCIM serves as Senior Associate Broker for Coldwell Banker Commercial Elite. He brings nearly 20 years of experience in commercial real estate in one of Virginia s fastest growing regions with a specialty in retail, medial, and investment sales.

Cunningham’s knowledge of the Fredericksburg & Northern Virginia region and its key players enables him to provide quality representation to both landlords and tenants. Established relationships, proven results, attention to detail, effective decision-making and a strong level of character and integrity are his cornerstones to a solid foundation for exceeding client expectations.

In 2011, Cunningham received his Broker license and in 2017 attained the prestigious CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Manager designation, held by only 6% of agents worldwide. Cunningham has generally not only been one of the top producers in the local market but nationally as well. He has been the firm’s #1 Agent in 2014, 2016, 2017, and 2018 and was #1 in the state of Virginia in 2016 and 2018. He also earned the Top 2% award amongst all CBC Brokers nationally in 2018.

Born and raised in the Washington, DC metropolitan area, Cunningham is a cum laude graduate majoring in Mass Communications from James Madison University. Local and industry civic affiliations include the Fredericksburg Area Association of Realtors, Realtors Commercial Alliance, International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC), Leadership Fredericksburg Alumni Association, Fredericksburg Christian Schools, and Spotsylvania County Little League. He also attends and serves at LifePoint Church in Fredericksburg.
