Allison Graves, a native of Fredericksburg, Virginia, and graduate of Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University, began her Real Estate career in 2004. She earned the prestigious Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation in 2011.

As a REALTOR® who has expert knowledge of the local area, Ms. Graves provides an unmatched experience in buying and selling real estate in the greater Fredericksburg Region. She is also skilled in both commercial and residential sales & leasing, allowing her to provide a unique perspective across multiple disciplines.
