Tony Sala has enjoyed 40 years’ experience in the planning, development, and marketing of major residential real estate projects throughout the Mid-Atlantic and Southeast. His accomplishments in coordinating the synergy between the needs of the planned community and the demands of local government are evident in the quality of his numerous communities.

His talents have been recognized by the highly respected development companies with which he has been associated, including the Silver Companies (Fredericksburg, VA, and Boca Raton, Fl), NTS (Louisville, Ky), and Weaver Bros/Ridge Development (Washington, D.C.). He has served the industry as the President of a local homebuilders association and as a member of the Boards of Directors of two local home builders associations, the Virginia Homebuilders Association and the National Association of Homebuilders.

In addition to his work in multi-generational communities, Tony offers an extensive background in active adult “Lifestyle” communities and has been a member and Trustee of the 50+ Housing Council of the National Association of Homebuilders.
