The former president and principal broker of a local commercial real estate firm has joined the team at Coldwell Banker Commercial Elite.
Brian Cunningham will work in commercial sales and leasing at Coldwell Banker Commercial Elite, whose office is in Fredericksburg’s Central Park shopping center.
Cunningham was most recently president and principal broker at Vakos Real Estate. He has 13 years of commercial real estate experience and recently brokered the Dominion Raceway land sale in Thornburg.
