(Stafford, Virginia, January 7, 2015) – Heather Hagerman, Senior Sales Associate of Coldwell Banker Commercial Elite has negotiated the signing of a new medical space with Leyla Khalighi LLC for a dental practice at 1003 Garrisonville Road. The facility will be led by Dr. Payam Amirsayafi, who currently practices in the Harrisonburg area.

Dr. Payam Amirsayafi has decades of experience in the dental industry. He has been practicing dentistry for 21 years — 13 of those years have been spent running his own clinic so this new medical space won’t be anything new to him. He knows all about the dental service organization, hiring qualified hygienists, renovating medical space, etc. so this seems like a low-risk business venture.

When asked why he chose the Fredericksburg area to open his new dental practice, Dr. Amirsayafi cited the need for a pediatric dentist in the Stafford area specifically. “I had the opportunity to work in Fredericksburg a few years ago. I had a lot of parents driving ten miles from Stafford to take their kids to the office.” After researching and becoming familiar with the Stafford region, he selected the site for his new practice.

Not a lot is known about the cost of leasing the space or how much it will cost to convert the space but with Dr. Amirsayafi being such a dental veteran, we’re sure all these costs will have been calculated along with any potential risks.

The property at 1003 Garrisonville Road was purchased as the former owners were retiring. Plans to renovate building, which is the former Sea Breeze Pool store, to a dental office, have already begun to take shape. Dr. Amirsayafi’s long term plan is to grow the practice in order to provide “sufficient services to our patients with the latest dental technology.”
