Donny Self with Coldwell Banker Commercial Elite, in Fredericksburg Virginia has been assisting a Richmond Based donuts shop find and secure a location in Fredericksburg. The tenant: SUGAR SHACK DONUTS! A  Richmond, Virginia favorite with the locals that sells a wide variety of traditional donuts, pastries and some out of the ordinary flavors.

Sugar Shack Donuts has become a staple for the Richmond community and they are currently expanding to two more locations in Richmond, one off Parham Rd and the other in Midlothian, and also stores in Alexandria, Charlottesville and  FREDERICKSBURG!

The flavor offerings can be quite surprising, but when they release some of their famous specialty donuts they go fast. Flavors such as Bourbon Praline, Red Velvet, Bourbon Peppercorn Maple Bacon, Ketchup and Mustard to name a few. They also make themed donuts, 18′ Monster Donuts, Hand Cut Apple Fritters and…………..their famous Fried Chicken Maple Donuts that are so popular, when they announce that they will be available, the line wraps around the block and they are gone in a mere few hours.

The Fredericksburg store will be located along Princess Anne Street in Downtown Fredericksburg and owner Ian Kelly plans to open early 2015.
