(Fredericksburg, VA, September 15, 17) – Brian Cunningham, CCIM and Carl Braun of Coldwell Banker Commercial Elite has negotiated the signing of a $2.2M 100-unit senior apartment community on 2.8651 acres in Spotsylvania with Humanities Foundation for its multi-family portfolio.
Plans for the property include 100 units for seniors aged 55 years and older as part of a master development, known as Keswick Senior Apartments, which will include 700 townhomes, single-family homes, and apartments integrated with open spaces and walking trails. Upon completion, all three apartment phases to be developed by Humanities Foundation will have a combined value that will exceed $56 million. Keswick Senior Apartments will be Earthcraft Platinum Certified and will be built utilizing LIHTC Credits administered by the Virginia Housing and Development Authority.
This marks the second transaction in which Cunningham and Braun have represented Humanities Foundation with two other future deals under contract. Cunningham and Braun exclusively represent Humanities Foundation within the greater Fredericksburg region.
