The apartment community, which was approved by City Council last July, will feature a clubhouse with state of the art amenities including resort style pool, fitness center, and outdoor grilling area.  The community will consist of 1, 2, and 3 bedroom apartments with spacious floor plans, granite countertops and other high end finishes. The community will be designed with many energy efficient features, which will help lower the ongoing utility expense for each of our residents.  The developers anticipate having the clubhouse open in the 4th quarter of 2016, and units available in the 1st quarter of 2017, possibly sooner.
