Teamwork was a key element in a recent transaction where Coldwell Banker Commercial Elite brokered the $1.3M sale of a 4,484 SF, Net Leased Retail building in Fredericksburg, Virginia. J.R. Burdette and Donny Self worked with colleague Ryo Cho, who are all agents with Coldwell Banker Commercial Elite, to close the deal.

Burdette and Self represented the seller, Jerrylin Investment, LLC, and Cho represented the buyer, KJIJ, Inc., in the transaction which closed on July 02, 2015.

The building is leased 100% to Meineke who occupies the building as part of a Build-to-Suit deal that was completed in 2008. This property is situated in a high profile location within the Cosner’s Corner shopping center which currently has approximately 1MM SF of retail and office operating.
