Brian Cunningham with Coldwell Banker Commercial Elite recently closed on the sale of a 10,200 SF, Net Leased strip center in Spotsylvania County, Virginia for $1.6 Million. The property, Center Six, is located at 4401-4411 Plank Road, Fredericksburg, Virginia 22407.

Since Cunningham began representing the retail center, occupancy has increased by nearly 50%.  Through his efforts, he executed lease deals with Apple Home Improvement, Rivera Association and DX5N Enterprises totaling 4,800 sq feet. Cunningham’s leasing efforts led the property to be 100% leased at the time of the sale.

Brian Cunningham represented the seller, Center Six, LLC, who sold the center to SSKDDS Plank, LLC, in the transaction.
