June-30-2015 – Donny Self with Coldwell Banker Commercial Elite recently brokered the sale of a Multi-Tenant Retail Building at 125 Corporate Drive, Stafford, Virginia 22554 for $3.55 Million. The 8,000 SF retail building, which was built in 2013, is located on the southwest corner of Route 1 and Corporate Drive at the entrance to Quantico Corporate Center.
The retail building is 100% leased to Subway, I Luv Teriyaki, Pancho Villa, Dream Nails and a Barber Shop. The building was purchased by a group of Northern Virginia investors out of Fairfax Station. Donny Self represented the seller, Quantico Retail Building LLC, in the transaction.
