Coldwell Banker Commercial Elite Brokers Sale of Shovel-Ready Industrial Lot in Stafford County

Stafford, VA – [August 1, 2025] — Coldwell Banker Commercial Elite is pleased to announce the successful sale of Lot 4, a 3.14-acre shovel-ready industrial parcel in Stafford County, Virginia. The lot, zoned M-1 (Light Industrial), sold for $1,625,000 to Alabaster Properties LLC. The Seller, Shimco Land Development LLC, was represented by JR Burdette and Ben Keddie, CCIM, SIOR of Coldwell Banker Commercial Elite.

Strategically located in a growing industrial corridor, Lot 4 was delivered pad-ready and primed for development. With this closing, only two lots remain in the new industrial development.
