Heather Hagerman and Charlotte Rouse of Coldwell Banker Commercial Elite have negotiated the sale of 1140 International Parkway, an industrial site that previously housed to a sales management company. Heather Hagerman represented the Seller, Lager LLC.  The Buyer, Harkcon Inc., a Stafford-based company, was represented by Charlotte Rouse. The sale price of this building was $1,299,000.00.

Plans for the property include converting the building into a microbrewery. The site is ideal, with ample parking and tremendous location right off Route 17 in this fast-growing section of Stafford County.

The Seller, Lager LLC has since relocated to the Jefferson Building at 150 Riverside Parkway, where they continue their sales management platform including their publication, Personal Selling Power magazine.
