The parcel is under a Ground Lease to Sheetz. Coldwell Banker Commercial Elite is also handling the leasing efforts for the new development project.

Donny Self with Coldwell Banker Commercial Elite, represented the Seller in the transaction. Sheetz will ground lease the property for an initial term of 15 years with options to extend.

Massaponax Crossroads is the name of the development which the subject Sheetz is located. This development is planned to feature a possible small grocery and some other service related business.
