Carl Braun and Brian Cunningham with Coldwell Banker Commercial Elite have been appointed by 7-Eleven as the commercial real estate representatives for the greater Fredericksburg Region. Braun and Cunningham will  handle all commercial real estate assignments within the Fredericksburg Region including new site selections, lease negotiation and administration, and the re-positioning of existing locations for 7-Eleven.

Braun and Cunningham hold over 39 years of combined commercial real estate experience and will provide their widespread market knowledge and professional negotiation skills in handling this assignment. Over their tenure in the commercial real estate industry the pair have worked with numerous local, regional and national retail tenants including Hancock Fabrics, O’Reilly’s Auto Parts, Honest-1 Auto Care, The Learning Experience,  and Krispy Kreme to name a few.
