Donny Self with Coldwell Banker Commercial Elite has been appointed by Subway as the commercial real estate representative for the greater Fredericksburg Region (City of Fredericksburg and the Counties of Spotsylvania, Stafford, King George and Caroline). Donny Self will handle site selection and lease negotiation for all new locations, and the relocation and re-positioning of some existing stores throughout the Region.
