A growing Spotsylvania County-based manufacturing company plans to build a new facility and sell its current one.
Mid-Atlantic Vinyl Products, which is headquartered on Commonwealth Drive off U.S. 1 near Cosner’s Corner, makes vinyl railing, fencing and columns for porches, decks and backyards.
The company is looking to sell its headquarters facility, which includes three buildings totaling about 60,000 square feet and about 6.8 acres. It’s listed with J.R. Burdette and Jonathan Gardner with Coldwell Banker Commercial Elite.
Curtas said the company has outgrown the facility and plans to build a new one on a site that he said will be announced soon. He plans to keep the company in the area.
Another company that Curtas owns called Regency Polymer Materials recycles vinyl and aluminum scrap at a leased facility at 5112 Park Drive in Spotsylvania and sells the ground-down materials to customers, including Mid-Atlantic.
