A former 7-Eleven located at 882 Garrisonville Road, Stafford, Virginia was recently sold for $550,000. The 2,520 SF building was sold to Dr. Edward Kabiri who has plans of opening an urgent care center, Optimum Care Medical.

Dr. Kabiri will be relocating Optimum Care Medical from its current location at 282 Choptank Road in Stafford, which is approximately 3 miles from the new property.

In 2012, 7-Eleven closed the Gas Station/Convenience Store and the fueling station and pumps have been removed. The property is located directly on Garrisonville Road, adjacent to the Aquia/Garrisonville Animal Hospital and DMV, and directly across from North Stafford High School.
