The properties were developed by Jeno and Sonja Matrai, the owner of Rapid Construction Equipment Inc. in the early 1980s and inherited by his two daughters who decided to offer the properties for sale for the first time since the development of the land. Jonathan Gardner and Cameron Coleman successfully represented the sellers and purchaser, respectively in the sale of the portfolio for $1.625 Million.
