Steve Schattgen brings over 29 years of experience in various aspects of commercial real estate to the Coldwell Banker Commercial Elite team. He has been involved in the building management, sales, leasing and development of commercial properties in St. Louis, MO and for the last 17 years in the greater Fredericksburg, VA region. His emphasis in commercial real estate focuses on sales, leasing and development of office, industrial and retail commercial real estate.

Steve has also been an active philanthropist in the Fredericksburg Region serving as a Board Member for the Spotsylvania YMCA (President 2005, 2006 & 2007). He has coached both youth soccer and basketball for numerous years as well as serving as an Assistant Scout Master for the a local Boy Scout troop. He currently resides in Fredericksburg with his wife and 4 children and loves swimming, home improvement and sailing.
