The property was sold at full asking price for $1.0 Million. Keddie not only sold the property but also released the property for the new owner within the contract period of less than 56 days.
The owner of the property wanted to relocate his insurance agency business and dispose of the property as quickly and profitably as possible. Keddie was able to receive a full price offer within 2 weeks, had the property under contract in 3 weeks and closed within 8 weeks.
During the sale/disposition process Keddie also assisted with finding a new tenant for the space that the insurance agency was vacating. Inside of the contract period Keddie was able to lease the vacant space to Avail Vapor, an e-cigarette retailer.
