Director of Commercial Property Management & Realtor

Peggy Thwing is the Property Manager for Coldwell Banker Commercial Elite. Prior to joining Coldwell Banker Commercial, she worked for Silver Companies for over 10 years. She brings over 20+ years of real estate experience, with 16+ years in property management. Peggy is responsible for Business Development for the Commercial Property Management Division, along with managing the day to day commercial portfolio. Peggy specializes in mix-use commercial properties along with an extensive background in Property Owners Association set up and implementation. She is a member of the Institution of Real Estate Management. Peggy currently holds the designation of (ACoM) Accredited Commercial Manager and is a candidate for the prestigious (CPM) Certified Property Manager designation.
