Breeze–Eastern Corp., a New Jersey-based company that manufactures high-performance lifting devices for helicopters, will open a Fredericksburg innovation center in the coming months.
Breeze–Eastern leased 6,300 square feet of office space in Centre Court at 1671 Jefferson Davis Highway, the intersection of the U.S. 1 Bypass and State Route 3. The company is working on the build-out of the space, which will be an open-concept floor plan allowing engineers to collaborate.
The “Innovation Center” will be led by Brad Repp, who has joined Breeze–Eastern as vice president of product development. He comes to the company from HDT Global.
