Donny Self with Coldwell Banker Commercial Elite recently closed on the sale of two new Burger King Restaurant sites in the Fredericksburg Region. Burger King purchased a 1-acre site at both the Cowan Crossing development in the City of Fredericksburg and at Harrison Crossing in Spotsylvania County.

The Cowan Crossing store will be located between the CVS and First Citizens Bank, at the intersection of Cowan Blvd. and Route 1/Jefferson Davis Hwy. The store at Harrison Crossing will be located adjacent to the newly opened Popeye’s on Plank Road/Route 3.

Both Cowan Crossing and Harrison Crossing have become hot spots for QSR’s (Quick Service Restaurants) and Fast Food. Chipotle and Starbucks recently opened in a new retail building at Cowan Crossing  that will soon include a Jersey Mike’s and Vocelli’s Pizza. Within the last  2 years Harrison Crossing has added a Wendy’s, Taco Bell, Popeye’s, Little Caesars and McDonalds,  adding to the existing food options including Sonic, Starbucks, Subway and Salsarita’s.
