A new Mexican restaurant is scheduled to open within the next few months in Spotsylvania County’s Cosner’s Corner shopping area.
El Patron Mexican Restaurant, which will be operated by Royelio Sosa-Hernandez and Lucy Sosa-Hernandez, recently leased a 3,200-square-foot space at 9969 Jefferson Davis Highway from an affiliate of the Silver Cos. A Pancho Villa Express was previously there.
Donny Self with Coldwell Banker Commercial Elite and Vallerie Kettl with Keller Williams brokered the lease.
